2019 - competition,
structures and engeneering - Paulo Maranha Tiago/ECA Projectos
This competition intended to create new facilities to the Portuguese architects association, on the recently bought front lot. the design idea was to respect the neoclassical existing building, and to make a quiet and silent architecture. a platform that would have a multi-puporse and two classrooms beneath, but would also work as a living room for the association: both for the workers and for a public cafeteria. it would be cladded in lioz stone, and a large perimetral bench would be the limit, but also ventilation and lighting for the rooms beneath.
